Alliance Legal Search is a premier lateral search and career management firm focusing exclusively on attorneys and their professional advancement. Our members are also former practitioners who have experienced the lateral recruitment process and use their knowledge and insight to benefit our clients and candidates. We serve Manhattan, the New York metropolitan area, and other regions of the United States. We also specialize in relocations.
WHO I AM
Clients: We learn each client’s hiring needs and unique culture and customize our searches to ensure that we present only those candidates who are the most qualified to join the organization. We screen and evaluate our candidates, not just for academic achievement or industry experience, but also for qualities that ensure productivity, compatibility, and long-term success.
Candidates: Members of Alliance Legal Search have practiced in law firms and in legal departments of publicly traded corporations, and have spent years in the recruiting industry building relationships and a strong reputation. This experience allows us to expertly assist attorneys at all levels of seniority in every aspect of the decision-making process — from strategic analysis of career and personal goals; to exploring and creating opportunities; to obtaining, evaluating, and negotiating meaningful offers.

We will not disclose any confidential information or materials provided by a candidate or a client without explicit authorization given in advance. We will provide only the most accurate information known to us, and will not withhold or misrepresent any essential information that either a candidate or an employer would consider essential to the lateral search and hiring process.
